Mindwurk was created to provide a strong foundation of goal setting and personal evolutionary techniques to those who want to expand their mindset and achieve excellence. Our experience enables us to offer effective, individualized strategies for personal growth and development while laying the groundwork for long term success. 

Mindwurk is meant to promote personal development to those who aren’t afraid to put in the work to grow and open their minds to new possibilities.  We provide life coaching, hypnotherapy, success coaching, mindfulness exercises, and NLP techniques to encourage personal growth.  It’s all about the conscious mind working with the subconscious mind harmoniously to achieve excellence. 

I am the owner of Mindwurk Consulting and I am a certified practitioner in NLP, Time Techniques, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Hypnotherapy,  and Life / Success Coaching.  I also achieved my MBA, from Strayer University. 

I originally started my journey to help my children through the pandemic.  They were struggling with depression, anxiety, and had lost all hope of a normal high school experience.  I was struggling to connect with them on a deeper level to help them through their pain successfully.  

So, I started looking into hypnotherapy. I achieved my certification through a company called Transform Destiny and found a passion for helping others change their mindset to produce more positive results.  I decided to get my practitioner certifications in NLP, Life coaching and other areas listed to add more flexibility to the services we provide.

I come from a customer service and recruiting background, so  I love making a difference in peoples lives and helping them grow personally and professionally.  Personal development is important to me, because life is always evolving and changing, so it's vital to stay sharp and keep learning.  Professional growth is equally important to display your value and get paid what you're worth.
